Brownies/brownie bites have been mentioned as well as mini muffins. She would have fun with monkey bread (cutting up canned biscuits and tossing in cinnamon/sugar)--can do in a big pan or muffin tin. Rice crispy treats--can use food coloring in the marshmallows to turn them colors, shape into eggs for Easter or hearts or put them on a stick. Decorate with melted chocolate and sprinkles.
French toast sticks--I have a recipe for a baked French toast that is breaded.
Pancakes--make into shapes or add chocolate chips or blueberries.
Cookies of any type. I like to make big cookies on a pizza stone. You can also make brownie "pizza" if you put the brownie batter on parchment paper.
Home made Oreos--chocolate cookies with buttercream frosting.
One thing I am making for the 1st grade Valentine's party is "party popcorn". Make popcorn (I just do microwave popcorn) and then coat with melted white almond bark. Add in sprinkles, for her party we are mixing in small conversation hearts.
Mug cakes
Just a few ideas.
