Iowa. Hands down, though Drake is a bit more focused on Iowa law and perhaps has more opportunities for internships during sessions, being located in Des Moines.

I really wish I would have appreciated SRV when he was alive. I became interested when at work the day after he died and everyone was raving over him. Too little, too late.

One thing I forgot about my post about passing my flight review on Saturday. The first thing out of MrsWx mouth "So what games are we flying to this fall?"

I have immunity to games like yesterday from watching in the 1970's dark ages of ISU hoops. Younger alumni don't have the scars and immunity from that period and take these losses too hard. I am pretty sure a vaccine could be made based on my immunity. I could be the Cyclone Omega Man.

When I was at ISU (75-77) the basketball crowds were pretty sparse. 5000 was a good crowd. Hercle Ivy was filling it up, and Art Johnson was clearing the boards, but for the most part it wasn't pretty. Ken Trickey (a very apt name, BTW) was the head coach, and then Lynn Nance. Those were dark days, to be sure.......
