I decided to go with the note in the card of "Target is annoying, if you need to return, let me know." She laughed. And then, because I realized last night I was somehow out of Scotch tape, I tried to carefully use packing tape in a manner that she could still open it. I failed. I had to go up with my keys and cut it for her. Is it too late to join Boy Scouts to learn these skills??? jimlad

I use keys on packing tape all the time. That way, Z can join in and we don't have that extra knife floating around.

I'd always misplace my box cutter when I worked at HyVee in high school, so most boxes I opened were with my keys. Seems like CG learned a Boy Scout move without knowing it.

Wherever I go, there I am.
Son told me that the PSAT was today. Kinda late to take it now.
You can take it as a sophomore and as a junior. Not all schools do a good job of making that known. I only took it once, but in theory a test-taker could take a couple runs at it, though only the test as a junior counts. What grade is the lad in question?
