I looked for a thread quick but didn't see one. I can't remember who I was talking to this fall and we were mentioning it was just a matter of time.
Might help the cough if you added a little blackberry brandy.
Full Disclosure: I had a couple of Macy's Frango rum candies with my coffee.
Did some shovelling. More snow than I thought, 6 or 7 so far. Shovelled the walk for my mail carrier cause she's like a member of the neighborhood. Took my roof rake poles and beat the snow off of my columnar white pines. They look less like weeping pines now.

When does the naming rights on the Sears Tower drop off. We did a boat tour and they said when but I forget.
We have enough snow, neighbor got his all wheel drive BMW stuck sideways in the alley. Slopes up after my house and that ice from the water main break is still in play. Anyway got him into his garage. Missed some of the ISU game but they needed some help. He's from England maybe not as experienced with stuck cars as us old midwesterners.

yep, work and travel have limited my time. Traveling last week and trying to train my new person + get my own stuff done = getting very behind on the RTT thread
What I hate is you rarely get them back. The last apartment I was in I left it far cleaner than it was when I moved in and still got nothing.
Joined this local Facebook group of city citizens last month. Joined to say something nice about how the city got my broken water main fixed in 12 hours in subzero weather. Got a comment at the time that it was nice to see something other than people complaining. Man, I see what she meant now. My newsfeed is getting flood by people pissing and moaning about snow plowing. What a bunch of big ******* babies. I expect most, if not all, the city streets will be plowed before work commute tomorrow. And it still snowing.
What, the Hungarian gals ain't taking care of that?
If they won't work the snow I am sure the Russian gals can handle it.- Status
