I really want to beat the crap out of this guy. I let my kids ride their bikes up to that park by themselves. Not sure I can do that if this creeper is there.

Chances are he'd never do anything other than be creepy, since he's obviously a teenage virgin, but that's just messed up.

Neighbor has no idea where his sump pump drains. Called city workers to check, I think this could get messy. Doesn't take a genius to see if you dump into the sewer or outside.
