HTC makes some solid phones. I've got an HTC One M9 and like it more than the Samsung I had before it.

I've had 2 nexus phones, do you know how they compare to them? Gotten comfortable with them, but they rebooted my phone and all updates are gone and it's like starting with a new girlfriend, trying to relearn the old stuff again.

I know a few of those, but I don't think any would take it. Hey Boxster, were you a PODH (president of Dana House)?
I'll run for president. I was elected blood drive chairperson one year because I missed that house meeting.

I might lose my job though, being that I'm not supposed to publicly endorse any political party or candidate. Better get that SuperPAC set up quickly.

It was between the Samsung and HTC M8 for DH and I though I don't really recall what the deciding factor was. We've been happy enough with them.

I found out last night why my son was not excited to be paired with the FES. Besides him being self-aware way too much, this girl is a tough one. She doesn't talk, doesn't even smile, looks as though she may flee for her lie at any second. I understand this is all new to her, but the FESs I had in HS were way outgoing and wanting to blend in and be a part as much as possible. The host parents said she called home once to tell her family she made it and that was over two weeks ago now.

Dang. Where is she from again?

@CycloneErik, I think the Children's Blizzard was in the book list of yours that Rev gave me. Or it was talked about here one time or something. Definitely not a pick me up book. I read it before bed and then tell DH the terrible stuff.

I'm a fast reader but I've spent two weeks on this one now. Partly because I've been busy especially on weekends when I normally read, but also because I'm trying to really pick up all the details and understand the circumstances. Not a real cheerful book.

My very first phone was a Motorola V265, then a red Razr, then the Samsung Delve, which I broke on winter break freshman year, so I got the very first Galaxy which US Cellular called the Mesmerize. I broke that after a month. Had trouble getting it replaced, the Ames store almost couldn't do it being in a different region. Then I have been getting every odd number Galaxy since then. However I don't feel the need to upgrade to the S7 right now.

My cousin in Iowa have always had the same phones, until she went to the dark side with her last upgrade.

Read that a couple years ago. During my historical survival/disaster phase. Wish I could find some other good ones. Shipwrecks were a favorite. Wars - not so much.
