Random Thoughts VIII: The Ocho

Bunny's Bar and Grill was hoppin' tonight.

Of all the places in the Twin Cities to stop in at, Bunny's would not have come to mine. Although as a 20-something and 30-something I used to go to the original Bunny's down the street from where it's located now.

You should pop out to Maynards or Bayside in Excelsior tomorrow afternoon. Cool lake side bars.

Welp, one day of inlaws done. Turns out the nephews wife is a true train wreck. Walks in looking anerexic, with bleached out almost white hair. Wearing a weight belt like she was going to do some squats or something. Then kept disappearing, turns out to be a heavy smoker. Going to be getting the inlaws vehicles all chimeyed up.

Then says the youngest is sick because he feels warm. Wifes sister said the kid hasn't slept all day, he's 2 yo, so he's just dead tired. So we go to get some children's Tylenol from the store because she didn't have any, even though she's traveling with four kids.

Watched The Hateful Eight tonight. Yikes. Damn.

I do love me some Samuel L. Jackson. Kurt Russell and Walton Goggins were also good. Oh, hell, most everyone in it was excellent.

So every I'm seeing a lot of "there are more posts to view. Click here to read them." But I don't have anyone on ignore. It's always a Cyclonesince78 post. Does that mean he has me on ignore now?

Apparently I don't have permission to read any cave threads. That's a win-win.

If I remember right there was some video from the 93 floods of people waterskiing complete with boats where fields were supposed to be.

CG and Rev what Bond film are you watching? Roger Moore era?
Moonraker. Yes. I don't think I've ever seen one of his before.

Walmart at 10:30pm is full of weird people. Unfortunately, it is the best time for me to go grocery shopping without kids getting antsy. Also did dishes, bottles, and doing laundry right now. Pretty productive day.

Now to figure out what to cook tomorrow. I'm thinking saffron rice, pork chops, and black eyed peas.

God, I hate weekends when Mrs. GTO has to work Saturday and Sunday.

Going to bed early. Nothing more to see here since no one tonight is going to top CG's Moscato Cheesypotato Steak food baby post.

Walmaris full of weird at all times. I think I actually get dumber when I walk in there.

Unfortunately, I stay up late and try to be as productive as possible and they're the only 24 hour grocery store near me. As long as I don't make eye contact or conversation with any of the people there, it is okay.

Minnesota people, I've been told to look into the St. Louis Park, Wyzata and Edina neighborhoods. When I search, nothing is coming up describing that. For example, St. Louis Park is in Hennepin county, but when I search in Hennepin, all that comes up is like, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, etc. Is St. Louis Park an actual named place, or just like, a locally known area?
