asked French coworker if family is ok today. Said yes, they are not near Nice. Did have friends there but "they could run".

Very glad that their loved ones are safe but hearing them say that last bit was....troubling, I guess.

That does conjure some pretty scary images.

Articles say it's really good ice cream, I've never had it. If I'm going to buy ice cream for home, I get talenti. I don't eat it that often, and it's soooo good. Caramel cookie crunch is amazing.

It's good. Not sure it's THAT good...


There are only two ice creams that I would go out of my way for:
B&R pralines & cream; there used to be a B&R at North Grand Mall...it was addictive.
Blue Bunny Peppermint Candy: Only available during the winter holiday season. I wish Ice Cream kept longer in the freezer. I'd stock up each year to take me through the whole year.

I picked up some talenti the other day. Raspberry and chocolate. The fact that there is any left is a remarkable testament to the human willpower.

So they just postponed the data center migration scheduled this weekend for the umpteenth time. This project should hit the 1 year mark next week. Now the excuse is IBM doesn't have the resources to deal with a portion of it at the last minute. It's been scheduled for 2 months so I am wondering if no one ever bothered scheduling them until this week.
