What's scary about Florida is that there is a similar, or even greater, amount of crazy without a similar amount of alcohol involved.

More drugs though. If the GMckay's are thinking about kids it's pretty hard to beat the midwest for a place to raise a family. You can always find a good private school anywhere, but there is a lot to be said for raising kids in the Midwest, and near your family for support if you all get along.

Is that the one who had Farrah faucet posters and playboy magazines?

You had better books than we did. I'm thinking of the books you could order thru school when you were in the lower grades like 1-6th.

You said S Illinois? Had a friend who lived in Mt Vernon (?) Or a bigger town in SC Illinois. You from that general region?

Salem? Vandalia? Kaskaskia? <- I just like saying that last one.

Aunt and Uncle live in the area...but in the middle of absolutely nowhere.

Busy weekend. I finished cleaning our garage, cleaned and organized the kitchen counters and cabinets, and tried to fix my sprinklers. I have one valve making one of the zones not shut off completely. Last year had the same issue with another zone, but was able to fix it myself. This year I barely have any space to work at getting to that valve and what little room I have I had to share with a frog that refused to leave that hole, even when nudged. Sounds like I'll have to run the sprinklers manually until I either have time to work on it more or have someone come look at it.

I want.

You know what always gives me a bad feeling at the start of a movie? When they couldn't get an external promotion company, so they did their own promotion. For example, let's say the movie is called "Under Fire". Then you watch the beginning credits and see "An Under Fire presentation". 8 out of 10 times it ends up being a horrible movie.

What's the movie?

I'm watching a movie called Ava's Possession.

And there's a character with like almost my identical first and last name. Which is creepy to hear in a movie.

Gridlocked. Starring a bunch of has beens and perpetual B movie talent: Dominic Purcell, Vinnie Jones, Danny Glover, Stephen Lang, Trish Stratus, etc. Not as bad as I thought it would be.

Ava's Possessions? I've had that one in my queue for a while. How is it?

Danny Glover managed to say the following line after getting shot: "I knew I was getting too old for this s**t". Shameless. Did he run out of Bad *** sequels to make with Danny Trejo?

It's pretty good. Satirical movie. I've gotten a kick out of how they equate getting over a demon possession with 12 steps.

It's an original idea. Meant to be satire and not scary or anything.

Plus, Carol Kane is in it, and I love her, so that helps. And I saw the main actress in a movie called The Babysitters, that was really good.
