Not toxic enough. When I am trying to kill stuff I like to go full nuclear.

There were ants in the boys' sandbox, didn't really feel like spraying pesticides in there, saw that article, thought I'd try it. Treated last week, haven't gone back to see how it did, but just dusted another couple hills in the front yard (also saw hills while mowing this morning). Hope it works before it rains again. I don't get too concerned over ants, as long as they're outside, and not swarming something we'll be using.

So I had to come into work to get some stuff done. This is oddly relaxing being the only one here.

She only lasted 15 minutes. Apparently it isn't as good as Veggie Tales

I don't recall Silly Songs with Larry in the original. That right there is enough to tip the scales. :-)

BTW, did you know Phil Vischer, one of the creators of Veggie Tales, is from Muscatine? (maybe I've mentioned that before...I noticed a sign in the Tom Sawyer episode).

Also, Veggie Tales was sold to Nickelodeon, Vischer then went on to create JellyTelly, like a chrisitian children's version of Netflix.

I'm used to so much white noise in my office that I can't concentrate if I go in on the weekends/holidays. That day I went in over Christmas break I had to put music on it was unsettling how quiet it was.

I have headphones in but that is normal for me. I think it is more of the sitting here in the dark (lights are motion controlled).

What an odd day rain a bit clear off, rain a bit clear off, rinse and repeat. Mowed my yard Thursday so at least that was done before more rain.

Replace a hot water heater last night, not mine but at a rental property for my parents.

Taco King for lunch today Nom, Nom, Nom.

Raining to beat the band right now.

Surprised the Bryce Dejean-Jones thread comments haven't gone totally rogue harsh.

Good thing he wasn't vegan or the guys would be all over it. :twitcy:

I just decided out of the blue that I want a little metal firepit thingy for my deck. You know, chance to drink wine and set the deck on fire! Good times. Heading out shopping since I can get a permit from the city and they don't have to approve anything, just blame you later after the neighbors complain.

Something like this:

or even smaller

As more and more of the facts come out, I'm sure we'll get there.

You're right of course. We don't have all of the facts, but he certainly looks culpable based on the facts being presented thus far--which is not to say I think he deserved to die, just that he appears to have made some very bad choices.

Agreed. I've already bitten my tongue a couple of times from making inappropriate jokes. But if what's being reported is true, it sounds like he just had a life full of not learning from past mistakes.
