WDSM would be the recluse at the end of the hall in the single occupancy that talks about how lame everyone else is, yet no one has ever seen him outside of class or house functions where he mainly snipes about everything.

You could be the guy who says he is transferring out of college because you don't like the party life style but instead just come back after a week and go back to the same ways.

If I bring my bike up to my room does that mean GR8 will be bringing his up to his room? I think mine is a lot quieter when I have to get to work early in the morning.

Oh the bike comes with. And my boys as well.

Never posts anything actually personal about himself, but uses things others post about themselves against them, and regularly complains about the thread? Yeah, I think I hit it. Stop being a passive voyeur and I'll stop treating you like one.

I got drug to a couples shower many years ago and had to play games there. I ain't doing those kinda games again. I also had to do the newlywed game with my wife at a Christmas party, I'm not big game fan so far.

Yeah...ummmm...that was me my senior year. Well, I didn't snipe about people...

Are you looking to buy?
Yes
I'll add on since not sure if you meant renting or buying. This option to me, seems like a combo of the worst things about both apt and house living. You are very close to neighbors, have little noise privacy, but have to pay into an HOA/maintenance fees. But it depends what you want - if you like apartment living and just want a bit more space/ownership of it, then it may not be such a bad thing.

Kinda what I figured. I wouldn't mind the neighbor part of it but there is just no way I want to go back to an apartment. The only reason I entertain the condo/town home idea is that there are some 5-10 minutes within work and they are cheaper. Heard resaleing can be a *****. Thats pry why there is so many of them on the market in Wdsm.
