It really sucks how terrifying it is. I'm just glad I'm not one of those people that have this as a recurring problem. Twice in 39 years I can handle. I read that apparently there are people that experience this way more often, sometimes even multiple times a night.So essentially, your brain can't comprehend why it doesn't have control of your body, so it generates a scene, no matter how unrealistic, to try to come up with an outside source of why it doesn't? Interesting. A little bit like phantom limb syndrome, is what it sounds like.
