Mental health recovery continues. Will have first fence quote on Monday and will meet with another contractor that day. Spent afternoon cleaning out most of the stuff from the three car garage. A lot of stuff accumulated there the last dozen years. Sheetrock taper is coming Monday and I need to empty it all out. I never had the rock taped so not to code...need to clean up some loose ends. Came across CWW#2's vintage Marantz speakers. The foam around the big bass had deteriorated so I declined to toss them rather than fix em or Craigs list them Went all Peter Gabriel on them. That was fun.
Oh, and supper was steak, corn on the cob and Summit EPA. Dessert is apple pie. And we beat Iowa in volleyball for the early Cy-Hawk lead. Yes, recovering!

I just finished running a load of cold water.
Started to run the old washer on cold, it takes a minute or two to fill on cold. Went upstairs to get a load of biking and running gear and got distracted. Just heard the washer stop so went down to toss stuff in the dryer. Nope, empty.

Is Carhart becoming hipster or something? That's what my brothers always got to wear at home to do chores in. I mean, it was cool in the Farm & Fleet world but I wouldn't have expected it to be cool in the suburban teen world.
He lives in Ames, so he's always close to college. Attending college? That might be a whole different ballgame.

Went to the liquor store wearing an ISU shirt. Cute Vodka sample girl asks me if I went to ISU as I walk by. Turns out she is from Melbourne and a big ISU fan but went to Baylor. After some chit chat, she had no one watching the game with her tomorrow so I invited her over and she accepted.
Gave me her number but not her name. So I'm ******.
