I woke up super hungover. My buddy poured Apple Crown in my mouth as I woke up, to give you an indication of how today went. Somehow I was able to drink all day without blacking out. It's unreal how many people are here for the Derby. We went downtown where they had a setup similar to the P&L district in KC. Had a blast. Third Eye Blind had a concert there. Our bachelor got druuuuuunk. 70% of our group is at a strip club now. I'm calling it a night so I don't spend multi-hundred $$$ like I did last night. Terrible life decisions were made last night.

I miss those days. Why couldn't you have just passed on like you were supposed to? Anyway, hope you had a great BDay.
 
Just went out to grab the paper and it smell heavily of smoke. The Canadian fire smoke is here. Thought this was supposed to stay high in the sky.

And up cause boys. First thing was to put on the ISU helmet.

Can't see over half a mile. I hate Alberta. Gives us 40 mph winds when it's cold and now a smoky haze.
 
The smoke three miles from me this morning. Cleaning up now.

so no, I did not meow at a bouncer or black out, but the highlights include:


(background - meow friend's husband and newly engaged guy friend both grew up out east and went to undergrad there. They had a good friend from college out here this week who I had never met before. And none of meow friend or guy friends were present for the fireball debacle)


having meow friend take a cleavage pic to send to DH sitting 10 ft away
meow friend telling the original meow story of how we knew we'd be friends and their college friend yelling "wait is this the fireball story?" I'm like how do you even know this?!!?
packing 7 people into our sedan to get them back to one friend's car (she was sober by this point) to take the rest of them home. This included the new guy getting to ride in the trunk.
Fireball shots at midnight for DH's birthday
Laughing til we were crying quite often


Very entertaining evening. It's new guy's last night here tonight so it sounds like we will go out tonight for that, DH's birthday, and tent husband getting back from his trip - he's missed most of Craft Beer Week which is like his Christmas, so he was really hoping to do something when he gets back later tonight.

For you TC guys that need a little extra change. Radio said they are looking for semen donors. 4k for a 6 month contract. Not sure how often you need to perform or if assistance is there.
