so last night DH and I were having a silly convo in which I was telling him the ways he could become more handsome. I said things like you know, get better muscles, have a better head of hair - this was all in jest. And then I said "make more money" and he's like I don't think that's how it works. I said yes, yes it is.
So today he texts that he got his promotion and said what his new salary is.
I texted back that it looks like he just got more handsome.

DH also pointed out that he started his first big kid job 5 years ago today. He has done well the past few years, that is for sure.

well like angry at DH for saying he hid the candy in the cabinet I can't reach type of angry. Truly angry at other people kind of angry? I don't think I make a face at all, I think it's just a haughty type of RBF. That's when you're really in trouble.

so I can't say I've seen much of either show but I do like Betty White! Sassy, smart, and funny. I'll take that.
And yeah, the non sequitur thing happens at home too. I'll just be like DH you ever you think about this extremely random thing? And DH will be like how did you start thinking about that?
