I think hanging with the rugrats this weekend gave me a slight cold. Not what I need for the upcoming weekend.
 
Well it doesn't look like I am gonna do Paris. Not because of the threat or whatever. But because it is taking such a long time to get into the country (4+ hours and the woman on the phone said "probably longer because you're American") and then security on the way into the airport is also taking a long time (they say come 4 hours early). So I would only have 3ish hours to do Paris which is just not enough time.

that's too bad :( With all the new travel warnings they are putting out, it's probably not a terrible thing. How is your trip going otherwise?

Were you planning to stay in London the whole time then or were you exploring other parts/Scotland?

That was the same excuse I used for why I slept in. It would've sounded alot worse if I was like "well....I hit snooze a few times, took the dog on a longer walk, and stopped off for a WaWa breakfast sandwich.

Sounds like a sound decision to pass this time. You can come when we host our RT Paris gathering after things settle down some.
 
Forgot to mention my one 12oz Spotted Cow at B-dubs last night cost $5.25. That's ******* ridiculous. Plus, I got more wings than I asked for, but I don't care much about that.
 
So - doc didn't seem to like me trying to crawl off the table when he started rotating my knee every which way but loose. Matter of fact, at one point I thought maybe he was trying to unscrew it from my thigh. Lucky again, MRI staff had a cancellation this afternoon, so I get to go take more pretty pictures and go back to the ortho this afternoon

My knee was doing pretty good after a week on OTC anti-inflammatories. It didn't hurt much before I went in, but it sure as bloody hell does NOW...and I can't take the stronger stuff because I still have to drive back to Ames & home again. Grrrrrr...
