How was everybody's Thanksgiving weekend? A quick perusal of the thread made it seem as though everybody got safely to their respective destinations and that Wxman got moved into his ceilingless house.

Two Thanksgiving meals, two donut breakfasts and another breakfast consisting of breakfast pizza has made me re-evaluate my eating habits. Also, Hy-Five breakfast pizza is awesome.

So back in time to enjoy this mornings Twin Cities commute? Golden Valley to St. Paul was rude this morning.

27 minutes into an hour and 10 minute commute, I am crawling on I-393 and Dean Martin comes on the radio crooning “Let it snow. Let it snow. Let it snow.â€￾

I tried sending Sophie out this morning, she took three steps outside into the freezing rain and then hightailed it back inside.

At least you got to listen to Dean Martin singing some Christmas tunes.

That....depends on why you got the surprise day off of work. I know some people who recently got some surprise days off of work....

I tried to think about it as a three month vacation. Didn't really feel like it though.

I'm amazed at the people that ***** about the quality of coach we got for football. I don't really comprehend what their expectations were in ther convoluted minds.

Had Casey's pizza on the drive north AND the drive back south, which is always amazing. Thanksgiving was at my sister's place in Omaha. The weather kept my parent's from making it, unfortunately. My brother-in-law cooked an amazing turkey, and the whole meal was great. I didn't get hardly anything accomplished for school like I should have.

First everyone is worried we're going to get someone ****** and then we bring in an excellent coaching candidate and everyone ******* it wasn't someone better. I can't stand some of our fans some days.

Oh yeah, I signed up for apartment 2 last week. They actually had the same type of apartment but a little bit bigger and with a nice view available. I'm moving Jan 8-10.

That's the one with the auto maintenance place right? If you don't want to jump right into the LS swap, might I suggest dropping a Hyabusa engine in a Smart Fortwo:

Low census at the hospital carrying over from Thanksgiving week. No worries, though--there are at least 22 surgeries scheduled this week, so I'll be busy the rest of the week. For some reason, people who need a joint replacement are under the mistaken notion that it's better to have it done when the weather is colder.

Yeah. Then I'm getting bashed for being a negative poster that can't say anything positive about Campbell. Despite the fact that's pretty much all I've done is said positive things about him. In fact, I'm usually guarded on my expectations and how I feel about hires and don't publically state them, but this one I've come right out and said I think is a good hire, that's how confident I am about it. But because I said it's cheesy to say "it's not about the money" when you just got a 1.5 million dollar pay increase, I'm the ******* that hates the guy.
