yeah it's a weird thing. After a really intense or different workout (getting different muscles), it always hurts worse the second day for me. I think lots of stretching and water on the day of the workout is supposed to help reduce the lactic acid buildup.

A good workout to get the same muscles working and blood flowing on the day in between can help to prevent the worst of it as well.

my solution to muscle soreness is usually to come home and nap because I hurt. This may be why the 2nd day is worse for me. :jimlad:
 
How many more months until you decide on building/construction plans and how many years after that before you finalize everything and move in?


We would have a few months to get plans done yet, but our lease is up next June, so that's the end date.
 
and if you keep being mean, none of you are invited to my fancy wine and cheese party in our new house. WDSM is bringing moscato.
 
you ever noticed people in crappy local radio commercials always say a hard "A" instead of a soft "ah" like most people use in casual language? "Get A great deal at XYZ store."
