that cyber alt is making me look like a mute. 93 posts per day! Even if you take out two years of near inactivity, my average is like 15.

37, not 93. But same thing. Can't believe someone has the time to post 3x more than me but whatever.
 
i am supposed to do the 100 push up challenge final test tonight - 100 push ups in a row. my highest is 70 in a row 2 weeks ago.

i really am not feeling it, though.


can you take any kind of breaks? We did 104 on Wednesday, but it was chunks at a time (did four exercises to a deck of cards) so you'd get to stand up after 12 and uuuuuuuusually do something else. Granted, after the first several cards, my push-ups were more "just kinda bend your elbows and pop back up" than a full 90 degree bend. We should make a pact. Either we both workout, or we both take a nap instead.

Another way of saying that with different words would be 'We workout together, or we sleep together', but that might sound funny.

when i do my regular workout days I usually do about 250-275 push ups with breaks at various intervals. today is the test day - to see how many I can do in a row without stopping. My goal is 100 and the most i've gotten in a row is 70. If I don't get to 100 in a row I go back and start over and retry the test 2 weeks later.

Not sure what I'll do when I hit 100 but it's just a goal for me to reach.

Well I just called my car in to get an estimate today so that further lowers the chances of getting a workout in tonight.......I'm only 100 calories over even with drinking added in. That's not bad. But it's tomorrow's venture to Chicago that I'm more concerned about.
