If you enjoyed the date and you think she did too, give the second date a try. Also, you want to date the women that are at least a little weird. If they're not a little weird they're probably a lot boring.

Good. This reminds me I have PT tomorrow for back/right hip/front of right thigh, etc. Had three so far: first did little, second made my thigh and hip REALLY sore, third helped a great deal. Tomorrow better be more like third than second. Therapist was different, so I'll use that as armor if need be.
BTW, I did 1.3 miles in 6 min. on the airdyne bike before I left last time. Laugh if you want, but it was quite nice to ride and use otherwise unused muscles.

Will not laugh! I am thinking this is the year my arthritic left knee is going to go from just crunchy noisy and achy to something more troublesome. I can only take so much ibuprofen without messing up other stuff you need like liver and kidneys.

I am running (can't right now) and biking on borrowed time and it makes me sad as it is stuff I really like and need for my mental well-being.

Caught a matinee of Captain Marvel this afternoon. Pretty damn good. I was thoroughly entertained. Was looking at reviews prior to going and found some articles on alt-right internet trolls going bonkers on the movie and flooding Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb with negative reviews because they hate Brie Larson. How weird is it to be threatened by a actor playing a comic book character. JFC. What a bunch of pussies.

Also anything to reset the hips?

Cue the Happy Gilmore gif, but for me, it's all in the hips. Crazy what that does for everything else.

Yes and yes, although it seems to be a right hip issue. The weirdest thing is an area of partial numbness on the front-slightly inner side of my right thigh. Does not hurt except for a bit of stretched feeling, and it has moved a tiny bit more to the top/front of the leg.
Awaiting what it feels like tomorrow and whether they change any of my do- at-home things.
Dang those core exercises are tough!

Dang those core exercises are tough!

I'm no PT or anything but numbness usually means pinched something or other.

Strengthening my glutes with resistance band clams helps a great deal too.

Tough part of PT is it can take a while to figure out what works for chronic issues but imo it's better to fix or improve yourself than just getting adjusted once/month with nothing to help.
