We alternate. Me in 2011 & 2015, him in 2013 and 2016. I have one now, but it's not doing anything yet. I drink 4 500 ml bottles of water a day, cut way back on my sodium. I'm just lucky, I guess.

Has anyone started a thread yet about Fred going to Nebraska?
Ended up being only a semi interesting evening at the in-laws. BIL said he would be there soon so FIL insisted we wait for him to eat the pizza. MrsWx said screw that and we ate anyway. Guess who never showed up? Other BIL is now apparently trying to do body building....so that will be interesting. They also had to use my FILs card to pay for their taxes to be filed as theirs wasn’t working for some reason. FIL was helping them which generally means it wasn’t all going to be a lie. Our first year married we ended up with a several thousand dollar tax bill because he screwed up MrsWxs taxes a year or two before. WxMan was not too pleased.
