Random Thoughts IX (The first 8 were probably better)

Yesterday I was working during the game. Needless to say I was happy to see the Cyclones were able to get the big win. I just ventured over to the basketball board and there is still people posting negative comments about the coaching and strategy. It seems so many people just look for something negative in everything.

I was just in Target waiting for the self checkout and there were two little girls waiting in front of me. I'm guessing 11-12 years old but who knows.
The makeup display is right there and one of them saw Katy Perry for Covergirl makeup.
So one says "Katy Perry is doing Covergirl?"
The other says "ehhhh, isn't she like 40?" then runs over and says "check out those wrinkles"

I thought it was pretty funny that Katy's core audience thinks she's old.

If we ever win a national championship in BB or FB, I would give you even money there would be a complaint thread. If I was a mod that night I would give them a one week vacation and lock the thread.

Working weekend for me heard or saw the whole game. Finished by noon today not a bad weekend at all.

Mostly Tuco at this point. Somehow he seems to think "beyond a reasonable doubt" is a standard a basketball coach needs to punish a player for kicking women's faces and cars, even though the university itself has found that one of the players kicked her in the face.

I have no idea how old Katy Perry is or what she looks like. I just know that Teenage Dream song makes me wish I was deaf and that I'm Wide Awake garbage when I am driving a car at night is attempted murder on her part.

Gaylord Perry>William the Refrigerator Perry>Joe Perry>The Band Perry>Mathew Perry and a whole bunch of other Perrys>Katy Perry.
