Filling out my 4 year review is pointless. Pretty much copying year 1-3 reviews that I've done.

I was just telling an employee yesterday the key to getting a good review is to be ultra critical on yourself, because your boss (the only that actually matters) will feel bad and give you a better review.

This wouldn't work for me, since I'm awesome, and my boss already gives me a good review. He'd just tell me to stop being a whiny b****.

Ditto. It's hard to find bad things about myself when I'm so good at everything.

Am I doing this right Pants?

It's probably partially because my current job I see my boss twice a year and my last one it was maybe 4 times a year. Hard for them to really form a bond where these things are easily determined when most interactions are through the phone or email.

Also Rulzzz, I don't think you're opted in to the cave, but you should opt in just so you can make one of your official threads for the presidential debate tonight

I usually opt in when something major is going down in that realm but quickly opt out. It's not worth it.

A Beiber song is one of my favorites at the moment. Idk how to feel about that

Why do I keep doing this? Every week I watch this show, every week something in it chokes me up...like the funeral for Gus Grissom that opened the show tonight.

The music they used behind the scenes was Dylan's "The Times They Are A-Changin'", but sung in the same manner as "Lae Me Doon" used at the end of "We Were Soldiers".

So if you see them interviewing Lazard on KCCI tonight, look for my head possibly being behind him.
