Well that baseball game I won box seats for is today. Still don't have anyone to go with. Guess I'll enjoy it alone unless I can find someone at work today.

Rangers-Yankees?

Still time to go to happy hour near stadium and get a date. Ask nice looking gal with Ranger jersey where her seats are. She shows you her ****** outfield seats. You show her your VIP full service box seat tickets. She dumps her friends to sit with you. Winning!*

And I'm back... took vacation yesterday so I could get the cooler stereo wrapped up. Don't have any pics of the actual, fully completed product, but here's pretty close to finished. Just cleaned it all up and assembled everything neatly.

All I have left is installing the bluetooth receiver to the amp (once it arrives), and trimming up unnecessary wires. Oh, and there's a grill for the sub on the way.

Actually, I'd start off with "can I get you a drink?"

This is assuming the VIP box seats come with an open bar.

These hawk fans train their girls up early in the game. Waiting for swim lessons to start and this 3-4YO girl runs a few feet from her mom and starts dancing. Hollers "I'm a beach girl, shakin' my butt."

Mom looked up from her tablet just long enough to yell at her to stop.

Doesn't sound like a Hawk. A Hawk would have encouraged her to keep going, or gave her tips.

Indeed I am... thus the need for a vacation day. Can't be spending all my evenings in the garage. :spinny:

Next Friday is our 5 year, I just told her this is what she got me for a gift.

This cooler looks like it may be dangerous to put ice in....

If I didn't have to take my son to VBS tonight, had family at home, a newborn in the house, and some work to do tonight; I could have gone and show you how it's done, the GTO way.

Yep - that would be no good. I decided the better cost benefit would be served by using the re-freezable blue ice packs. I can get 4-5 of them for like $20, and they don't melt into water. Thus, my waterproofing measures really aren't that substantial. Would have taken considerable effort to cut partitions to precisely match the profile required to waterproof it completely.

Don't need to worry about a drain really, as the only moisture in there should be condensation. So i'll just throw a small towel on the bottom - also helps dampen the vibrations getting into the beer.

Even so, maybe 55db should weigh in on what you should wear to your happy hour tonight. The new lean mean lookin' you can't be going around the metro area dressed "unsharply". :)

Been waiting on my first paycheck to get new clothes. I've gone from an XL to a Large Silm Fit/Medium so all my clothes are pretty damn loose so I only have like 5 new shirts that fit I've been rotating for work lol.

Listen to music while drinking. Come on CG, you're better than that.

Basically, yeah.

Built specifically for tailgating. portable, LOUD, and somewhat of a novelty. We don't have a generator (yet) for tailgating, so having a battery powered sound system that will run for 7-8 hours on a charge is a must. Adds to the atmosphere.

So will beer that sits in a cooler speaker foam when it is opened because of the bass shaking it up?

Hoping not... but haven't test it out yet. That's part of my weekend plan.

If it does, then I'll just axe the beer part of it, add another battery and another set of speakers. haha.
