Again, had to google. Oh, country stars, which explains why I've never heard of them. Boxster don't know country.

No - there was a bit of a scandal about it, but not widely publicized. When he was in Des Moines for the "Big Country Bash 2007" he was newly divorced. She was not one of the acts, but she came here to "hang out" with him. We had VIP section tickets and we chatted with some of the acts. One of Blake's performing buddies told us that they'd been seeing each other like that for a couple of years.
Actually I think it's three songs but each comes with a slickly produced video and none are probably stuff real country folks like.

Right there with you. Kids giving me crap though for listening to James Taylor. One kid has very eclectic music tastes though.
Methinks this has little to do with the music and more to do with the singer.
Anyone else think Boxster might be me from the future? It would also make sense of why he made such a hard play at getting my dog if I got attacked by a shark.
She is pretty appealing in this video but in real life it sounds like she might be a skankapotamus.
I need to put this into my regular vocabulary. Going up to a friend's cabin on Gull Lake this weekend. I vow to use this at least three times this weekend.
So what's the proper dosage in mg/kg for tranquilizing a skankopotomus? I know that in alcohol, it's about 8 shots of tequila per 125# of body weight, but I don't know the formula for tranquilizer darts.

So after a successful visit back to Iowa over the 4th, I think its safe to say I've acclimated to FL temps. I got off the plane on the 2nd and was greeted with roughly 55 degree temps and my first thought was "Why didn't I bring a hoodie?".
Looks like it was a pretty busy weekend.
Rulzzz, I'm glad you survived Iowa Games weekend. I get to see my nieces on Saturday and am looking forward to that. Especially now that Z will sometimes play with someone. It will be interesting.
The zoo would be a great place to get to know someone on the first visit. Plenty to do and talk about.
Tacos seemed pretty popular over the weekend. I am making chicken tacos for half of our meals this week. I went with simple and easy pasta for the other half.
KC, that has to be hard on everyone. Hopefully, you can get him into a better situation and hopefully he will transition well.
CG, how did the sprinkler system go? Did it rain too much (I kinda skimmed the weekend posts)
The addiction to grated parmesan cheese is still going strong. She will be starting her third container by Wednesday (maybe) I got to hear a 'st' word from her. I couldn't make out the rest of the word though. She also said cheese.
