Looks like it was a pretty busy weekend.

Rulzzz, I'm glad you survived Iowa Games weekend. I get to see my nieces on Saturday and am looking forward to that. Especially now that Z will sometimes play with someone. It will be interesting.

The zoo would be a great place to get to know someone on the first visit. Plenty to do and talk about.

Tacos seemed pretty popular over the weekend. I am making chicken tacos for half of our meals this week. I went with simple and easy pasta for the other half.

KC, that has to be hard on everyone. Hopefully, you can get him into a better situation and hopefully he will transition well.

CG, how did the sprinkler system go? Did it rain too much (I kinda skimmed the weekend posts)

The addiction to grated parmesan cheese is still going strong. She will be starting her third container by Wednesday (maybe) I got to hear a 'st' word from her. I couldn't make out the rest of the word though. She also said cheese.

unsure on the rain....definitely some spots I think could benefit from some more seed. I like Z's addiction. That is good stuff!

The salesman caved on my trade in price, and I'm letting them add the extra fees that added up to about $300. Paperwork is being processed and I'll be heading to Dallas this afternoon. Not looking forward to the traffic.

So what's the proper dosage in mg/kg for tranquilizing a skankopotomus? I know that in alcohol, it's about 8 shots of tequila per 125# of body weight, but I don't know the formula for tranquilizer darts.

Skankopotami are self sedating, just leave them to their drugs and alcohol. I'd worry more about the Lake Hags, the Minnesota lake country equivalent of the ocean-side bars Sea Hags. They can be pretty scary and unpredictable on their home turf.

take away the southern accent and today's country is just pop music. i actually like a lot of the chord progressions and production values but get turned off by the accents.

No it's not a Kia.

I settled on a Gold Mist 2010 Chevy Traverse LTZ. No AWD, but it had the towing package. It has 83,000 miles and a few scratches, but otherwise I really liked it. I'll really like the 24 MPG highway even more.
