I'm telling.

I mean, it also included finishing up cleaning the bathroom DH worked on last night (one room completely done!), emptying two more kitchen drawers, some laundry, dishes, random packing, and taking a carload up to the house. Going to take another now. But yeah, I got tired.

I mean it is massive and would have everything you would ever need for your home. Ample parking, nice setup, touch screens throughout for maps. It was pretty slick... except the sales people.

I was looking around for multiple items for an hour and a half, no one came up to me. I was repeatedly ignored (walking next to someone and the two sales people help that other person but don't even ask me), then I finally went up to someone trying to buy a chair and she had the nerve to ask me if I could afford it! I was gonna buy two of them! I flipped ****! Two managers came and I explained the situation and then told them they had lost a customer forever. I am so mad.

The sales people at NFM are hit or miss too. When I went in there to buy furniture I had to track someone down to buy a mattress, the lady had an attitude so after I made her enter all the info into the system I walked away. Ended up walking over to Mrs Bs, found a couch and a mattress set and someone nice and was done in minutes. Some people aren't meant to be in service.

About an hour ago, my boss's boss stopped me and said "what do you think of this?" and showed me (with another guy) a situation that shouldn't be possible. I looked at it for about 15 seconds and said "because of (this) and (this), the only way that happens is (this)." They didn't understand/believe (which is understandable, it was ground level details), so boss's boss gives my theory to my boss, who says "No, then it would have done (this)" and I said, yes, unless (this)"...they kind of went...uhh, I don't know...I said, I'll prove it. Took 15 minutes, proved it.

Yeah, I'm that awesome.

I've never had any trouble from NFM or Mrs. B's. Usually try to go there just because it is more reasonably priced.

Honestly, the funniest part about it is, she loses...'enter all the info into the system'?....yeah, you just got put on a mailing list and your info sold to other people that wanna send you ****.

I still bought stuff, just not from the woman who acted like she was doing me some huge favor while she was speaking Russian. I'm not going to hand commission over to someone who acts like it's an inconvenience to do their job.
