My husband's cousin was raped when a guy came in her second story bedroom window when she was 12 and home alone sick. Your neighbor was very lucky.

My husband's grandfather then called this granddaughter a slut for the rest of his life because she was raped when she was 12 and somehow didn't fight back sufficiently when she was ill and a full grown man had a knife. Some of my in-laws are damn awful.

That is terrible all around.

Guys, I think I'm onto something here, the next big fad in exercise. Take a block long walk, then a half hour nap. I'll call it Low Impact Interval Training, or LIIT. We'll sell t-shirts (and tank tops for the dooshbros) that say "GET LIIT!!!"

Hey, all you exercise-y types, you should be proud of me. Had to get my dad's father's day card inna mail, and rather than drive the half block to the central neighborhood mailbox, I walked it. And walked back, since I didn't see anyone who would give me a ride.

So, what should I expect for weight loss, maybe 5 pounds or so?

I think it's safe to assume you'll get the 8 pack Matt Thomas has.

Make sure when you nap, you turn the AC real low since the colder you are, the more calories you burn.

Sometimes I think the US would be a lot more accepting when the really old seniors all die off, but then things like the shooting in Charleston happen and I realize we'll always be ****ed.
