So I ate lunch at a new Vietnamese restaurant in the Minneapolis skyway system. It advertises itself as being "Vietnamese Street Food." How authentic is Vietnamese street food from the Minneapolis skyway system?

And if I get dysentery from it, will it be the full-blown Mei Kong Delta dysentery from Vietnam or will it be some kind of homogenized, Minnesota-nice type dysentary?

Not sure, have never had an "authentic" meltdown. Depends maybe on whether you claim the skyway chefs are all Vietnamese? Or they have been to Hy-Five? Or does the mere mention of potential Mei Kong Delta dysentery make you very ignorant? Maybe you have to go to Vietnam to compare degrees of dysentery? CF is so confusing.
