I'm not bringing him. I don't want to put him through that, especially when there's a very strong chance I won't be here in a year or two and will have to put him back through it again.

Edit: Had to decide about 15 years ago whether to separate the most awesome basenjis, Sasha and Simba. Missed my girl Sasha but really couldn't separate them (I called them Siamese dogs separated at birth, they were that close) so Sasha went with Simba and the Mastress to Houston. :(

Well...kind of mixed sorry and congrats on coming to a decision that while hard, probably makes you feel more comfortable? Sorry, mostly, though...der hund turned 10 the other day, while he's still pretty spry and healthy...those milestones with a dog make you think about things one doesn't want to think about.

I don't remember if I said it on here, but the ex had to put down Penny Lane (the first corgi of the two) a few weeks back and she was only a year older than Riley, so all of that kind of caught up with me at some point and I realized I was being more selfish than anything. Not that he wouldn't love to be with me, but that's a lot of stress, especially when he'd probably just have to turn around and do it again in a year.

Just got back from a quick 15 mile fitness ride. I may have to adjust my expectations based on the old body I am currently trapped in. Not throwing in the towel but might need to make some realistic adjustments.

Going to try something longer on Wednesday, haven't gone over 25 miles yet this season.

Oh, that differently be the Manchester. Norbys, been in there a bunch. Old man Norby gave a building to the Camp Courageous ongoing charity fund raising garage sale. My mom ran it for years each summer out of whatever building they could find but now they have a nice building of their own.
 
The whole point of having a spare propane tank for your grill is negated if your spare tank is empty.

So my job I tasked myself this afternoon has been to drive to my stores that are only open seasonally and flush the toilets so sewage doesn't back up in them. Sometimes I even wonder myself how I get paid what I do to do what I do.
