I actually like the young couple and the old guy who passes out in his yard, and most of the family where the dad missed the birth of his son cause he was in the bars.

I've noticed that there hasn't been any real out of the blue off topic threads started by newbies. :skeptical: Kind of bummed. Those always turned out fun and closed within an hour.
I just put her on the ignore list, she goes way beyond my crazy threshold.
Jealous! Been there once and lost my debit card the first night. In hindsight, it probably saved me a lot of money.
Well, I'm going for work, so that will limit my time/money I can waste in the casinos. But they've got us staying the strip, so that will add to my time/money I can waste in the casinos.
Haven't done it yet, but about to. It's just a waste of time to read. Usually just skip it but ignore list would be more efficient.
I'm too analytical for the casinos. First time I was in one, I looked around and thought it was pretty nice in there. Next thought was "they don't build places this nice if they're giving money away" and although I've tried, I can't get into gambling in one. When Mrs. 00clone and I were taking a side trip to Prescott, AZ, our hotel had a casino, and we walked down just on principle since the kids weren't with us...made one loop thru and looked at all the sad sacks sitting in there with glazed eyeballs and a smoke sitting next to them, and we both wanted out. Went back to the room, though, so jackpots were had.
I actually end up reading most of the posts of the people I have on the ignore list, but it's like a disclaimer that "this is probably going to be dumb", so I don't end up accidentally responding to a doofus before I notice who it is.
I'm probably just going to pick any random one that offers free drinks. Will probably mostly stick to Blackjack, might take a few spins on a slot machine. My goal is just to win enough to buy Nickels that engagement ring she's talked to me about, then I'm done.
Now people are slamming all old ladies because of her. If I slammed all young men every time one said something stupid around here, I wouldn't have time for anything else.
Yeah, I stick blackjack only, but there are some sad souls playing the slot machines with their wheel chairs and oxygen tanks.
Friends and I say if you wanna find people wearing looney tune t shirts, go to the slot machines.
My male family members keep telling me the inexpensive blackjack tables are in Hooters.:skeptical:
