I may have had a slight heart attack at the half mile mark of my run. I still finished my three miles though. And I'm gonna finish my weight sets too.

So if I die tonight, I want you guys to know that I love you all. Well....I love mos.....I love some of you. I strongly like the rest of you. Ahhhh...I strongly like most of the rest of you.
