So we went to the trampoline park this morning...me, Mrs. 00, kiddos, our friend, her daughter, and we met another friend and her kids...for preschooler time. Of course, preschooler time is full of little kids and SAHM's...and me. Pretty low turnout this morning, but the oldest went over to the slackline over a foam block pit, so I went with him, he likes to have me hold his hand and walk out.

I've noticed in the past that some kids feel more comfortable having me hold their hands once they see me do it with my son, and I always try and help hoist kids out of the pit if needed. There was another woman there with her 2 kids, and the daughter started introducing her brother and herself to me. Suddenly the mom says "You look very familiar"...and I'm like...uhhh...because I didn't recognize me at all, until she asks if I work where I work and suddenly it hits me and I'm all "Ooohh, hey, now I recognize you, how you doing?"

We chatted a bit, then had to run after kiddos, but it's funny, so she quit working when they started having kids, and in 4 years and 2 kids, she went from kinda nerdy/awkward, to like...pretty hot, which is why I didn't recognize her, but once she said it, I could see her face still there.

So, did you get her number?

I just hate stupid people. Here's been the day in a nutshell.

Stupid customer: where's my state refund?!

Pantsy: well, ma'am, the state of Hawaii has said returns are taking 10-14 weeks to process since they're manually reviewing every return, so it looks like it will probably be around the end of June.

Stupid customer: that's ********, I want my money back!

Pantsy: ma'am, I won't refund you because the state government is taking a while to process.

Stupid customer: well I'm not happy with your services and you charged me too much!

Pantsy: ma'am, if you felt like we were charging too much, you should have said something before the return was done when we could do something about it.

Stupid customer: well I'm telling you now!

Pantsy: maam, you did your return three months ago. That's like buying a candy bar and coming back with the wrapper saying you didn't like the peanuts in it so you want your money back.

Stupid customer: well I didn't know how much you were charging because you took the fees out of the check!

Pantsy: ma'am, you signed 7 different times saying you understood the price.

Stupid customer: well I didn't read it!

Pantsy: ma'am, don't you think you should read or at least ask these things before you sign?

(Fully knowing my employee explained it all to her)

Stupid customer: I want to talk to your supervisor!

Pantsy: ma'am, I AM the supervisor.
I'm in charge of the entire state. If you contact corporate, they'll just create a ticket and send your complain to me to call you back.

Stupid customer: well you can go **** yourself! I'm calling the BBB and picketing your store!

Customer hangs up.

The basketball forum makes me want to go shopping to get rid of the stress of reading the basketball forum.

I made the mistake of reading the Hoiberg thread.

I wouldn't call it trolling, but I had to throw out a couple of smart *** comments in there just to lower my stress level after reading some of it.

And good excuse on "stress relieving techniques". Like women need an excuse to shop.

I was just scrolling through Facebook and saw an ad for a shirt that said "Rock Out With Your Chalk Out".

Definitely marked it as offensive.
