we just got tilapia but we will try some others. I need to do fish tacos sometime.
In not one to ask for a lot, but I would appreciate some good thoughts coming my way. I've been hospitalized since
friday night with sepsis due to some uncooperative kidney stones. I found out today that I also have pneumonia in my left lung. Not feeling really sharp. Crossed fingers, Prayers, good vibes...all wood be welcome.

It was awesome. Very taken aback when you see how little you are in control there. We don't get to experience that feeling all too often.
Pan seared fish (or even pan fried fish) is delicious. Growing up in Puerto Rico, I ate a lot of red snapper growing up. Can't beat red snapper's flavor.
Today I made some arroz con pollo and some lentils. Why is it that I can always buy dry lentils, but they never have canned lentils? They sell every other type of bean in both dry and canned varieties.
