Yes, we all wore protection (I think, no way to confirm).

Nice of your neighbor's husband to be going to the bar with a 9-month pregnant wife at home. What a ******* move.

I feel like the wife will (rightly) never let him forget that. And going to the bar is one thing (since I don't know the whole story I'll be nice and say maybe it was a birthday/event thing). Not answering the call from your nine months pregnant wife is a whole 'nother offense.

Geeze...didn't even think about that. I saw it on my FB feed & thought it was funny.

Since when has it bothered you guys to have bewbs mentioned, anyways???

The men here are pretty delicate.

Not gonna defend my doosher neighbor, but his official line today is he wasn't expecting her to go into labor because it was two and half weeks before the due date. When he came home shortly after bars closed at 2:00, he saw my angry note and hightailed it to the hospital. Got there ten minutes after his son was born. Not sure what his excuse was for not checking his phone. This is their third kid and the labor went fast, I woke her sister up with a call after midnight and she met her at the hospital and coached her through labor, not that you need much the third go around but I sure didn't want her going through it alone. When I told their little girls this morning, they wanted to name their brother after our dog. Better choice than after their dad.

And I know you're not defending him, but on the idea of reinforcing that not all guys are that guy, and we in here aren't completely lecherous...that's crap. I cannot think of a reason that a man with 2 kids and a verrry pregnant wife should possibly be justified in closing down a bar. Even if it's a required leader or salesman event that he did not have the choice to not attend, a standup man could go, do his duty, and politely bow out early.

Yea, according to the wife, the excuse was a friend's birthday (so he missed his son's birth). At a minimum, if he would have told anyone which bar, my husband would have gone and dragged him out of it. I haven't torn into him because I still have his five and two year old daughters in my care. I think he is hiding from me at the hospital.:twitcy:

There isn't a friend good enough to make me miss my son's birth.

Agreed. Some here are completely lecherous.
