Cappuccino fudge cheesecake. The fudge/ganache, cheesecake, and whipped cream all had coffee liqueur from the Mississippi River Distillery in them.

The birthday was pretty much like any other day as a mom with 4 kids. Dealt with the littlest 2 all day while the next oldest was home sick. Maybe we will attempt dinner out tomorrow if people are feeling better.

It may be a late night as it seems the 2 yr old is pretty hopped up on sugar.

Don't take this the wrong way, but, marry me. Or at least bake for me.

So, PapaLew asked me if I'd posted this yet, and I said no...because I thought I would look like some silly fan-girl. Well, with his usual tact, he told me I was being an idiot. So, here it is - laugh if you want, but it made me happy.

I bought a shirt shortly after the Iowa game last December, and every time I have worn it, I've commented the same thing - that the shirt is "incomplete".

So, this happened Monday night:
