I am just flabbergasted at this report. Vilsack was part of it and he acted like he couldn't do anything but wouldn't ask for the ability to do anything - current standards are based on a 70's law saying housewives aren't stupid and won't undercook chicken. That is literally what the ruling says. You want people to lose trust in your industry? That is how you do it.
