I feel like an idiot for listening the least bit to the urgent care and ER doctors. Now likely meniscus and not ACL (to be fair both of my knees have a lot of play and are quite loose) and I shouldn't have been wearing that stupid immobilizer for half a week. He wants my leg strong especially if we end up in surgery.

Not out of the woods yet - have an MRI Friday.

Could have been a much worse day.

Inner Sloth is saying, it's windy out, it's going to rain, your hip flexor is ****ed up so don't ride da bike.

Going to give it a go and see if the all of the icing of the hipster this week has helped. Good thing I don't have a window stalker like CG or they would be all "Waz he doin' with that frozen bag of pies?".
Why am I picturing something out of "American Pie"?

Sorry Velo, I have a bum meniscus they told me they could do surgery on or wait it out. It has gotten better in about the last six months, but I don't ever really trust that knee.

My 60 year-old brother recently learned to text. Since he gets up at 3:30 or 4:00 am every day, he texted all the siblings at about 4:15 the other morning. I am the only one he didn't wake, I leave my cell in the kitchen at night.

Not that the word "frozen" matters.....but it does.

I think between you & me & Boxster we're holding up the "slightly feeble" end of RT this week, don't you?

Is there a way you can stretch out the leg cuffs of jeans? I bought a new pair for work, same exact pair as the previous ones, and the new ones don't fit over my boots.

First time I tore up my knee it was my meniscus. They told me I could do surgery immediately or wait and try to let it heal and strengthen on it's own, then through strength conditioning. I didn't do surgery. It took me about 4 weeks (I was 16 at the time) to recover to where I could work out again and took a good 4-6 months before I felt my strength in it was 100 percent. Still have never trusted it completely since.

Just put the leg cuffs OVER the jeans, no need to stretch the jeans.

Why is Moore, OK such a tornado magnet?

they getting hit again? Oh hey, I didn't tell you I have fb friend working at the weather place in Norman there. I saw she posted earlier about peeps in the area needing to watch the weather. She's been there 3-4 years now so she's seen some **** in that area.

That weather place in Norman. Assuming she means the National Weather Center which houses Norman NWS, SPC and many other things.
