after seeing all the crap BMB spews and then to see he seems to believe in feng shui.

I just can't even.

Is that still possibly a thing? I am pretty sure Stewie destroyed that forever in the Road to Europe when, lost in the Sahara, they take shelter (a la Star Wars) in a dead camel and he says "You know, once you feng shui the organs it's rather cozy in here."

Speaking of Pro-Tips, how did the kids travel while on the plane?

Good...at least one person on each flight commented on how cute they both were and how well behaved they were. Mrs. 00clone gets most of the credit, however...first flight, it was me and oldest in one row, Mrs. and little man 2 rows up, 2nd flight, it was the 3 of them and me behind, 3rd it was 2 and 2 again (although I had the little man), last it was 2X2 across from each other (I had oldest again).

So with 4 of us for a week, we were able to pack carry on, mom and I had the largest carryons allowed (although others tried larger) and had to gate check them most flights, I had a backpack, mom had a beach bag sized 'purse', and kiddos each had something like this:

So the oldest would wear his backpack and most of the time would have fun pulling his suitcase along with, but when he got tired, he wouldn't. Youngest, we had to carry everything for him, but it worked out okay, his suitcase fit perfectly on the top of my roller handle, and I had enough straps on my backpack that I piggybacked it on the back of mine (so yeah, if you were in the Chicago, CR, or PHX airports and saw a grown man wearing a doggie backpack, that was me). We packed plenty of snacks both ways, and since I just switched phones, I factory reset my old one and loaded some kids games on it for the oldest, youngest is capable of doing a few very simple games on an old iPod touch I had from years ago...but they really didn't use the electronics that much, oldest looked out the window a lot, and youngest napped during several of the flights. Oldest completely dissected the plane information safety card in every plane, with me or Mrs. 00clone trying to explain things without further questions that'd lead down freakout paths like "why would we land in water?"

So I just got some "Crap, that sucks." news concerning some things. Everything is going to be okay, but it certainly isn't good news. For lunch, do I:

A) Do the fiscally responsible, and just a touch healthier, thing and eat a turkey sandwich at home;
B) Say "Screw it! I want fries!" and do McD's.
C) Buy something unhealthy here at HyVee for dessert.

Client presentation done and they are out the door! Love getting these things over with after stressing over them for a couple of weeks. Back to regular course of business. And CF.

that container of four lobster tails and what appears to be a tenderloin are still in the fridge. At point am I allowed to be like this is a crime against steak and lobster and I am taking these home to be properly enjoyed. Also, at what point would they just be gross from hanging in a fridge?

It's abundantly clear to me that the answer is ice cream. Or chocolate. Or chocolate ice cream. Or chocolate ice cream with chocolate sauce and a hershey bar stuck in it. Or any combination thereof.

nice job!
Thanks! It was a bittersweet meeting. I launched this client back in 2012 as a project manager with their first 2 products to market. Now, they'll be transitioning to a new account manager within our company. Great group of people to work with, but I now have to focus on other projects.

Pour some Creme de Menthe or Creme de Cacao over the ice cream... Winning!

So...since I finally stepped on a scale since getting back...

All those 'light' products combined with going to restaurants about 10X more than average since in laws can't cook, and snacking all day due to being bored....final tally....gained about 8 lbs.
