Are the garage doors facing the same direction of the front? If so why not match your front door color? What are you having that looks like haggis? The meat in a noodle thing sounds like pyrogies (spelling?)to me, or raviolis if they are little.

she's not really my friend. We were in a fb group and then she rage quit when we pointed out that we thought she was making **** up after she or her kid always had cancer, breaking up with her sugar daddy, medical issues, parental issues, yadda yadda. I was almost just going to delete her comment. IDK what zombie ravioli is but it sounds ok.

I called it zombie ravioli because it looks like a combination of ravioli and brains.

I think red garage doors would be too much. Does seem similar to a pyrogie. It's egg noodle filled with a mixture of meat, bread, parsley, nutmeg, salt & pepper. Then you boil them and devour them.

can't have them thinking we are Badgers. Did I tell you I think one of our future neighbors is a Hawkeye but also possibly a nurse?

Pants, stop calling my food haggis. I've tried haggis and they are not that ****. When DH first had them he said it was like meatloaf in a noodle (not far off) and put ketchup on them. That was the closest I've been to breaking up with him.

Yeah, we covered the hawkeye nurse thing, your spirits were lifted when I said that the actual Iowa grads aren't too bad.

Aside from that, I'm so not sure what the heck went on with the haggis and the making up kid cancer and stuff (other than facebook..WTH?)

Boxster's white russian post is dang near the only thing that makes any dang sense.

Pro tip: you sound like a d-bag there.

Changed my mind. D-bag isn't the right word there. I think the right word is narc. You sound like a narc. And someone that's never "smoked weed" in his life.

I would have went with loser..."look at me, I'm totally a bad***...really I am, LOOK"

Yeah, you might not want to post about illegal behavior on a message board.

Especially when his little troll buddy knows his name, has outed it, and people might possibly know his parents or school administrators. Thinking the JV football team won't think much of those statements.

Feeling kind of blue right now & nobody is here to talk to.

I just watched Elmer drive away. He's no longer mine...and I've been driving him for 11 years.

didn't want to go running or clean, so I decided to split the difference and did just over two miles and now I have to clean. I think I made poor choices. Sitting would have been a better choice.

Is Elmer your car?

I felt the same way when I had to get rid of Betsy. Some people don't get it, but we went through a lot together. It was very hard for me. It's been almost two years now and Suzie still hasn't gotten close to the point Betsy was with me.

You know that gif of someone walking in the room then turning right back around and walking out? That was me with the football board. I'm just going to stay clear of there until august, I think.

Yes. Elmer was a 2001 Lumina, a 4-cyl with amazeballs. Great pickup from a dead stop, no pull on the steering. He had ~180K on him, all but 9K from me (us). He's still dependable enough to trust to drive cross country. I know him sooooo well (he was my commute car).

We sold him to our son, a single dad who needed to unload a big, money-pit pickup that got about 12 mpg. PapaLew has a buyer for the truck, and I now have a Buick...Optima, I think? I'd have to go down to the garage & look. Drives nice, 6-cyl with a "supercharger", pretty good pickup. It was funny test-driving it. Elmer is old, so there's road noise. This thing isn't much younger (2005 I think) but it's so quiet it's like when I first got Elmer...I had to set the cruise to make sure I didn't keep creeping up to 80 on the interstates.

The Buick & I will get to know each other, and it will get a name (and gender) eventually. But it will be weird seeing Elmer when our son comes up to visit...it's like going into a house you once lived in, that someone else has moved into and re-decorated. It's familiar, but also very strange...

*sigh*
