I have about 5 or 6 blocks of cheese in my fridge at any given time. Sharp Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Muenster, Sharp Cheddar and Sharp Cheddar are the most common ones I have.

I'm not talking you non-WI/MN people "cheese curds". I'm talking the deep fried and breaded version.
when we have childrens to also eat cheese, that will be us as well. But generally have a bag of Mexican and Mozzarella in the fridge. Shoot, I'll eat a bite out of that right out of the bag. Protein snack, right?
A family relative sent me a simple recipe for homemade cheese balls.
Cut up string cheese.
Dip in skim milk.
Cover in Italian bread crumbs.
Bake at 425 for 7-10 minutes.
Going to try it this weekend.

Well, in CG's Wisconsin, they just sell the actual cheese curds plain (not breaded, not fried). They're good, but not the same as breaded/fried curds.
And I think that we can all agree that the world's worst is when you get an order of overcooked curds where the cheese has disappeared and you're left with just the fried breading shells.
Valid point...I should have been more specific in saying "I think all of us who aren't cheese hating spawns of satan" instead of just "I think all of us".
Honestly, though...between hating BBQ, and hating french onion soup, I'm surprised it's not cowgirl who hates cheese.
I could probably just live on dairy products, pasta, and bread if my body would let me.

I think it's just I can't eat cheese cold.
If it's warm or hot (pizza, cheeseburger, nachos, fried, etc.) I can eat it all day long.
But I think no matter what I say is going to change your view of me at this point.
There's a store in the Mall of America my mom has to go into every time we go there to get cheese curds from that place.
If I'm with her, I refuse to go into that store, and it's not because of the cheese. I just wait outside.
