realtor scared the pee out of me with an email today - we had been lax in getting her input on building stuff......just derping on our part, but the way it was worded I thought we had screwed it up so there was nothing in place for her to get paid. Oh boy, that is apparently not the case but that was a sick feeling half hour there. Especially since she also just announced that they are having a baby.

Took my daughter shoe shopping and to the grocery store this afternoon while my wife slept. Recorded the game to watch tonight. I made the mistake of wearing an ISU shirt out, so a fellow fan sees me and goes, "Great win today. Time to destroy KU now."

Sure he ruined the outcome of the game for me, but I could never get upset at a "destroy Kansas" reference in the produce section.

Yes, 00, I fully intend to cash in on letting my wife sleep while I went to a shoe store. You don't double down if you never intend on cashing in your chips.
