The city just raised the valuation on my house by 24% which means my property taxes will be 24% higher next year. They are going to tax people out of their homes.

It happened to us last year. That wasn't fun.

Just got the feedback from my group in my most recent MBA class. I should have graded them as hard as they graded me and made up complete ********.

SIL and her boyfriend (she is preggers now as well but most of the family doesn't know that as at least one side wouldn't approve) are moving out of their rental house as they can't afford it and into my in-laws. Seems on par to leave all of the moving etc. to the last day of the month they are to be out and my in-laws leave in the morning for an Alaskan cruise.

Sold a potload of yearling steers yesterday, highest priced cattle I’ve ever sold. For my CF urban carnivore friends, over the counter beef is headed higher….by a lot. Might want to put some hamburger in the freezer. For my CF cattle feeder friends: 829# @ 2.20 & 949# @ 2.00. For context when I put them on feed 2/1, 800# was @ 1.70.

Wonder how long it will be before the packers claim they are losing money? They've been printing cash for a long time. For a while there they were making close to $1,000/head for a while weren't they?
