All those "Buying a Home" shows are humorous.

It's either a 25 year old yoga instructor and their stay at home partner with a budget of $650,000 or someone that wants a move in ready, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with an open concept chef's kitchen and direct waterfront with a budget of $250,000

My wife and I used to watch house hunters and I told her that I wanted a couple to come on the show and want linoleum instead of hardwood and formica countertops instead of granite and a week or 2 after I said this it happened. It was awesome

I turned my AC off recently. With the sun being lower in the sky and the mild temps (77 currently) my front room which has a southern exposure, where I work, really seems to heat up.

Reminded me of niece posting the other day. Her two little girls had other girls overnight and when she checked on them in the morning they told her "Go away, we are having sister time!" They are like 6 and 3.

Nah. Get some good enough coals/embers and there's plenty of time left.
