I know the answer here.

1). Probably have service on Saturday evening like most Catholic Churches I know

2). Then you need to get volunteers to staff it which is impossible now a days.
I forgot about Saturday evening mass

If you went to the water station at the SEZ plaza the line wasn't bad prior to kickoff. Everybody was lined up at the stations on the main concourse. I filled mine the second time midway through the 3rd quarter.

When I was in school there wasn't any water fountains and the bathrooms only shot out hot water.

I went to both the one under section P and the line went clear across the plaza/concourse and continued down the concourse. This was both before the game and during the first quarter. I went to the bathroom later in the game (not at halftime) and it was still clear across the concourse. Is there another one I should be looking for?

I ended up filling up with bathroom sink hot water. Not the best solution but at least I stayed hydrated. Debating whether we should be bringing in disposable full sealed bottles instead of our Cyclone bottles next time...

This is the one I used prior to kickoff. The line was about 10 people when I got there

3) You would also have to get the parking lot cleaned up afterward (cans, bottles, trash, possible puke...)

The one behind our seats didn't have much of a line either the couple of times I went past it.
I use a reusable water bottle. I fill it nearly full the night before and stick it in the freezer. With a koozie on it I still had somewhat cool water near the end of the game. :)
Some folks smuggle in booze...I smuggle in ice water and he smuggles in his Pepsi. We are sooooo lame! :D

It pisses me off the amount of trash I see. People get in line to enter the stadium with their drinks and just drop them on the ground when it's their turn. You just want to smack them upside the head.

If I was the church leadership, and opened the garage for parking, I'd have a STRICT no tailgating rule. There'd still be a staffing and clean-up issue, though.

There are cans right there. They might be overflowing but at least attempt to use the can.

I walked over with a bottle of Diet Pepsi, still had just under the label left. Tossed it right into the can. People are stupid.

GUess I should try and get a little mowing done during lunch being that I was a complete waste of oxygen yesterday

I always get these invitations to have dinner at a pricey restaurant to listen to some retirement seminar. I liken it to those condo sales in Florida where you get a free 3 day 2 night cruise if you listen to their sales pitch and they won't let you leave.

Were any of you ladies wearing red mid thigh high pirate boots, a fur wraparound, and a tiny red mini skirt? That was an interesting outfit. Wife’s good friend and her husband (UNI fans were our guests) (their nephew is a former Iowa BB player but they are UNI fans and not purple hawks) were our guests with our spare tickets. Met some new people. Apparently my nephews wife followed us out of the stadium and was able to corral us before we split off. Loads of people we knew were in our section also, was interesting to see them. Didn’t see any of you RTTers, but we were in the cheapskate lots though.
I'm no lady but that was my outfit.
