One thing about a lot of the ISU WBB fans on CF. They are as graceless in winning as they are losing. The whining and complaining just never stops. We get not respect. Everyone else plays thug ball and fouls and the refs hate us. Everyone else cheats. Everyone else is classless. The announcers all suck. Yadda yadda yadda. Just ruins the threads for me.

I wondered why you didn't pop back in the thread during the game. Now I know. Sorry about the furnace good luck getting it fixed.

Just saw on Twitter (via a FB post) that Fred Hoiberg has tested positive. Hope all goes well for him.

Debating pulling the car out of hibernation and making a Menards run for another spacy heater. No furnace tonight.

Should probably turn on the old plasma TV, it does generate a lot of excess heat. ;)

A bar in Emmons, Minnesota still had that on tap back in the late 90s. I never saw anybody order it though.

When I lived the Forest City area, Emmons was a preferred destination. You could get strong beer there. (Younger folks will be scratching their heads about that.)

It may have recently changed but when we were living in KS just a couple of years ago grocery stores were still not allowed to sell full strength beer/wine and certainly not liquor. I think there may also have been a not before noon on Sundays rule as well.

I knew a rec center that typically had HS and college kids in it that would sell Non alcoholic beer to them. If you look at the cans, non alcoholic beer is still like 0.5% alcohol so I’m not sure how he got away with it.

2 ISR forums, that cumulatively, have 80k posts and have been going on for 4.5 and 3 years. And they contain very little actual content, just arguing and ******** back and forth.
