We are coming to town next weekend and I could use some recs and info after not living in Ames for 20+ years. First, where would some Bears fans watch the Bears/Packers game Saturday night (will have minor kids, so somewhere that’s not 21+). Second, we have tix to the MBB game on Sunday but I just realized there’s a WBB game that day too so I plan to get tix to that also. Do they clear out Hilton in between? Or what happens in that time between the games if you have tix to both? Thanks!

Yes, They will clear out Hilton between the games.

Wallabys, Sweet Caroline's, Boulder Taphouse, amd BWW would be options for Saturday night.

Wallaby’s would have been my rec but the last time I was there the food sucked bad.

Hilton is cleared out but your mens tkts get you discounted wbb tkts for $5 I believe.
No idea about a Bears bar in Ames lots of sports bars where you can watch it though.
Wallabies, BWW, whiskey River etc
 
I would hit the inside golf at the mall for the Bears game. They have games for the kids and food. I believe they have specials when “the Bears” games.

How would we get those discounted tickets? Just show up at Hilton with our MBB tickets?

Food has really gone downhill the past couple of times we have tried it at Wallaby's. The Mexican play right beside it is very good. Boulder tap house does not have bad food,
