They had a chance back in the day to be the first (or second), but couldn't get 9 votes (another case where UT/OU/A&M/NU held the whole league back).
It's basically too late now to start one.
My thought of the day is "I wonder if I have ever met @theshadow ?" That person has so much knowledge about everything related to Iowa State University. I am impressed!
One might ask the the same question about Okla State, since we faced at least four transfers last night.
Typically in wrestling these days if you are transferring D1 to D1 you are coming in for a paycheck. You are expected to be one of the best wrestlers on the team, that's why they are paying you.
Questions or complaints about transfers need to stop. It's the name of the game now. Iowa State would be doing the same thing if we had the resources to do it.

149 - Parco decision 7-6
157 - if Kasak gets an early takedown he will wear Teemer down (much like Chittum did). Think Teemer does nothing but does just enough to win late. 7-9
165 - Caliendo is really good, just don’t think he’s on Mesenbrinks level 10-9 PSU
174 - Haines by decision 13-9
184 - Arnold will do absolutely nothing in this match after the bulletin board material, Starocci still finds a way to get bonus 17-9
197 - Both of these guys have been really darned good this year, I’ll take the vet. 17-12
285 - Kerk by major 21-12 PSU.
