The following teams have lost this week:

#12 UNC
#14 Ohio State
#15 Miami
#16 WVU
#17 Michigan
#18 Arkansas
#19 Michigan State

And #13 San Diego State plays at Washington tonight. We are going to be in for a big rise in the rankings on Monday.

wow... didn't realize that many teams had lost. Just goes to show how weird the early-season rankings / games can go. With that, i say we make a jump and UNI and Iowa get ranked.

Illinois and Maryland also lost this week. I wonder if UNI will crack the top 25.

Iowa State won't jump Ohio State (loss at #5 Louisville, which may move ahead of UW and Texas).

But ISU will leap Miami, West Virginia, Michigan, Arkansas and (most likely) Michigan State.

I'm most curious (1) how far UNC is dropped for the loss to Iowa (and how many votes Iowa gets) (2) How far Wichita State falls and how much Utah rises for beating WSU. (3) Similar with the San Diego State-Washington result.

At worst, Iowa State should be ranked 15th. Highest is probably 13th.

I think WSU could fall to 13 as well. ISU has a very realistic shot at hitting #11-14 come Monday if SDSU loses.

My AP ballot would look something like this:
1 Kentucky
2 Duke
3 Arizona
4 Louisville
5 Virginia
6 Wisconsin
7 Villanova
8 Texas
9 Gonzaga
10 Kansas
11 Ohio State
12 Iowa State
13 Wichita State
14 Washington (if beat SDSU)
15 San Diego State
16 Utah
17 Miami
18 Arkansas
19 Illinois
20 Oklahoma
21 Butler
22 Maryland
23 West Virginia
24 North Carolina
25 St Johns

Receiving votes: Northern Iowa, Michigan State, TCU, Michigan, Syracuse, Iowa, Dayton, LSU, Alabama

Damn being an AP voter is hard.

Ohio State moves up three spots for losing? That doesn't make any sense.
