Amazing anyone at the lottery can feel good about themselves, advertising like they do, typically preying on those who can least afford it, for the measley return it provides. People would be better off playing the worst paying slot machines.

Looks like Powerball will get harder to win - at least for the big prizes - starting in October. The changes will make it easier to win $4 and $7 but harder to win anything bigger than that. They are going from 59 to 69 white balls, and 35 to 26 red balls.
